I’m not necessarily against this. Right now, social media companies can knowingly target children with sophisticated conditioning techniques that can and will steer their cognitive development. Although they know for a fact that they are manipulating children, they hide behind plausible deniability.

I never understood bipartisanship. My opinions and beliefs span the entire political spectrum. It feels like people think that anything supported by Republicans must be anti-Democrat.

I’m playing Baldur’s Gate 3 for the first time right now. I’m not particularly a fan of turn-based games, but I’m digging there interpretation of the genre. I like how each character has a limited amount of movement per turn and the ability to navigate through the entire environment. I’m surprised more developers don’t use a similar model.

It’s pretty funny. Every movie that depicts Louisiana shows the three blocks that include Bourbon Street/ the French Quarter. It looks beautiful, but the surrounding mile is the ghetto in each direction. I remember when one of the locals tried to sexual assault me when I was looking for marijuana; it’s hard sometimes, but I try not to miss it.

I also remember the time that my mom would go 20 minutes out of her way to work to avoid the interstate. Gang members were shooting motorists as part of their initiation. They eventually moved on to attacking homeless people, so she at least had that to be grateful for. It saved her time on her commute.

…aside from that, there is beautiful architecture. I think everyone should pay New Orleans a visit.

I’m pretty sure their purpose is to stall the public until the Republicans can win an election. If a wealthy person just happened to be born in a Democrat state, then that is the ticket they run on. I’d love to find out how many of them have family and friends that are all conservative.

Aside from the hole in my tooth, I’m fine. I’m speaking as someone who is currently making the transition from a negligent dentist. Since losing a tooth is a cosmetic issue, failing to identify a problem that can be clearly seen on an x-ray for over a year doesn’t meet the standard of harm necessary for consequences. The selective failure of recent filling might have happened regardless.
