That was my thought before I stopped giving money to American companies. Another huge perk was the ability to add YouTube videos to music playlists for those odd songs that were never officially published.
Still down for me. Too lazy to find another workaround lol
Idk if related but started getting a 401 error in Boost for Reddit today using my own API key.
If we can’t have 5 ongoing conversations simultaneously I don’t want none of it!
Eh, I never had any issues taking my concerta in the morning and having beers in the evening. Not sure what the negative effects supposedly should be lol
I usually don’t drink much if I took a Ritalin booster but I’d still have a beer if going out for dinner 🤷♂️
(But to answer your question, the amount you’d ingest while cooking would be negligible. Add it a few minutes earlier if you’re worried.)

1·2 months agoOh 100% And I was thinking of extreme examples with the Pickering Nuclear station having (once up to) 8 550MW reactors dumping heat into a fairly shallow part of the lake and the NB reactor having no chance to remotely affect the bay of Fundy temps lol.
Lil halicination farms on the seafloor are a dumb idea but not because of heat affecting the environment beyond the thousands of organisms that would live directly on them.
When on stims I set my alarm for an hour before I gotta be up, take meds and go back to bed. Wake up as the meds are already kicking in.
After that it’s just doing whatever works for you to release some of those sweet sweet brain chemicals your meds are effective on.

20·2 months agoThe plants on the lakes so monitor the water temp so they don’t affect the ecosystem during the warmer seasons still.
But I doubt the one in NB had to worry about that when more water flows by it than all the rivers in the world combined.
But yes, much better source of cooling at the cost of maintenance and equipment. Just like tidal power but with fewer moving parts.

Work Reform@lemmy.world•Be a problem that Billionaires can't solve
7·3 months agoEven more dumb than those. Orcas aren’t touching the luxury yacht class of boats. Even the one pictured is at most a few million brand new or <100-300k if old and probably run by a solo elderly couple living out their retirement.

They’re just the homes of unfortunate regular people that are traveling using the wind on boats worth less than your average home…
I may live on a “yacht” but it’s worth the same as a new base model Honda Civic. We ain’t billionaires yo.
