Most of the warblers and vireos have left. We still have yellow butts, but they typically stay for a bit still. About 60% of the birds I see are sparrows now.

i’m excited for the white-throated and white-crowned sparrows to come back through where i am. not to mention the packs of juncos that run around making their little lazer gun sounds.
I hope I get to see some rare ones this year. I’ve been finding Lincoln’s sparrows recently, which are fairly rare.
i’ve never seen lincoln’s and missed the grssshopper sparrows this year. i did see my first fox sparrows thid year though. good luck on your search!
