I read the description and though the Mac and cheese was in the sandwich and was absurdly excited to see how that worked!
When I described my idea for dinner to my wife she also thought I meant the mac and cheese was in the sandwich and didn’t think it would work. So you are not alone.
It does exist though. But a search for one will return page after page of AI slop. For best results use a soft bread, let it cool for a bit and use shells, not elbows.
One delivery service near me has these crazy battered and fried mac n cheese balls. Sounds weird, and it is, but also kinda delicious. lots of carbs tho.
