You can “fix” your reward system. You just gotta internalize and accept that you aren’t able to achieve what others do or ever you might Want to do. Then you’ll start noticing the little things you do and grow some self esteem.
You should only compare yourself from yesterday, never others or what you maybe once was able to do way back or what you hope to be able in the future.

But what does often help, and I find myself having the same struggle, is just having some food, water and literally touching grass.
A bit of nutrients, sun and nature is surprisingly helpful when you’re in this state.
