You know, shit on the toilet seat, piss on the floor…why do they do it?
And not to be rude but I’m not looking for everyone’s speculations as to why. I’m curious if there’s anyone with firm knowledge about their motivations, either because they know someone who does it or because they do it themselves.
You should put something nastu/hard to clean on their work station. Maybe “spill” it but accident and then don’t clean it up, because it’s not your desk.
