Way back when, I never saw a trend either way (except for a tendency to be controling), but those that stayed have to toe the party line now.
“War Against Domestic Terrorism” is how they will get you all. You let Patriot Act slide and do nothing when people were tortured and put to prisones without any trial or even information because it was done to others. And you opened the door for it happening to you… Like it wasn’t the main theme of litteraly every cautionary tale in existence.
