    If you have time to draw your gun, aim and murder someone, you have time to step to the side.

    She was just trying to clear the road and was stationary. The only reason she sped off is because she was fucking dead with her foot on the gas.

    Fuck ICE, please Americans do something about this.

    He was there to kill someone and didn’t need a reason to do it, if it wasn’t her it would have been someone else and Vance said it’s going to get worse.

    How fast he shot her when her vehicle started moving is even more proof that she had good reason to fear for her life and flee. He was ready to murder.

      I think him grabbing the gun is the weird sound you hear.

      In other videos you can see him step to the side and get out his gun simultaneously.

      Edit: he got his gun out first and stepped to the side while shooting.

        Either way, if you could do all that in those split seconds and then not get hit by the uncontrolled rapidly accelerating vehicle you weren’t in front of it. Otherwise he would have shot her and then been run over regardless.
