Good morning, fellow sobernauts, IWNDWYT, 😁!

We may be anonymous strangers on the internet, but we have one thing in common. We may be a world apart, but we’re here together!

Welcome to the 24 hour pledge! I’m pledging myself to not drinking today, and invite you to do the same. Maybe you’re new to c/stop drinking and have a hard time deciding what to do next. Maybe you’re like me and feel you need a daily commitment or maybe you’ve been sober for a long time and want to inspire others.

It doesn’t matter if you’re still hung over from a three day bender or been sober for years, if you just woke up or have already completed a sober day. For the next 24 hours, let’s not drink alcohol!

Congrats, on day 52 myself. Did you remove all booze from your home or put it out of sight. My little station is still setup, 1 bottle with 1 drink missing and a full bottle behind, but lookin a little dusty (not really, as I clean under/around it every few days along with the rest of the kitchen). You got this

I don’t keep any in the house. I used to typically just stop at a liquor store on my way home from work. I take different routes. Today I was just so exhausted by the end of the day, I had no desire to stop anywhere. I went home and took a nap (after playing with my little doggo who was having a great display of delight when I walked in).
