Libertarians believe that all laws (or the existence of society in general, really) are, at their core, the threat of violence from the state. I don’t trust people who believe that everyone would be raping and pillaging were it not for the state or an imaginary god threatening punishment.
This is literally the only way to protect property. Especially real estate. It doesn’t exist without the threat of violence from the state.
