Its not brave or moral to let a machine designed to harm people continue operating, even if it requires violence to stop it. I think many people choose to use violence to bad ends, like the garnering of profit, the division of people into an under- and overclass or the enforcement of the status quo. However, this does not mean that I condemn their violence for being violence, I believe violence is necessary for change. Look at, for example, at the civil rights movement. If violence is used to the right end, it can be good.
