The artstyle like this with round eyes with no pupils. I usually see it a lot in 2000s/2010s nostalgia, and i remember seeing comics like this in this artstyle and I really like this aesthetic.
I have been referring to it as “Papa Louie kinda vibes” because the pupil-less eyes kind of remind me of the employees character designs from the Papa games on CoolMathGames.
But is there a specific name for this style? Thank you
Isn’t it kind of like Invader Zim? I think a lot of people were copying that style back then. Not sure what the name is but that’s what it makes me think of.
Okay, didn’t even consider these were probably based off Invader Zim. But then again, I never actually watched IZ, I mainly just know it from the memes. And Gir in scene culture)
However, i cant totally see that show influencing this kinda style
I never watched it either, but I was aware of it and its influence on art. Not my generation.
