Doesnt really make sense to limit the meme to Germany imo. Why not add “on the German highway during summer on a sunny day”, because in the winter or on rainy days it could be slippery so you wouldnt go 200…

99% of the Autobahn road system is speed-limited. There are small stretches here and there that are not.
Less than 30% are speed-limited.
And some of those 30% are only limited temporarily (depending on traffic or time of day).
