I am speaking from experience living in the Luxembourg/Germany area… Even Germans take vacation to visit relatives and vacation homes. A range like that easily doubles a 200Km drive’s travel time. It’s good if you don’t long-distance travel by car, or if you use it as a secondary car for work commutes. Then it’s perfect.
